HyperChildNET launches the second call for Short Term Scientific Missions (STSM).
STSM consists in a visit of a host organization located in a different country than the country of affiliation by a Researcher or Innovator for the specific work to be carried out and for a determined period of time.
STSM are grants aimed at covering expenses for institutional visits aimed at supporting individual mobility, fostering collaboration between individuals in the framework of HyperChildNET research topics.
STSM can be granted to any researcher affiliated to a legal entity in:
✓ COST Full/Cooperating Member (full list: https://www.cost.eu/about/members/)
✓ Near Neighbour Country (Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, the Palestinian Authority, Russia, Syria, Tunisia and Ukraine)
✓ European RTD organisations
Other relevant info:
(i) Applications of Early Career Investigators (when the time that has elapsed between the award date of the applicants PhD and the date of the applicants first involvement in the COST Action 19115 does not exceed 8 years) and PhD students are particularly encouraged. In general, the priority target group is the Young Researchers.
(ii) Priority will also be given to candidates moving from/to COST Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITCs). The following countries are considered ITC: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Turkey.
(iii) The institutions / organisation or legal entity where applicants pursue their main strand of research are considered as Home Institutions. The Host Institution is the institution / organisation that will host the successful applicant. The Host Institution must be located in a different country than the country of the applicant.
Deadline to receive applications from researchers: until April 30, 2022.
Period to carry out the Short Term Scientific Missions: May 1 – October 10, 2022
