The Prague Paediatric Hypertension Summer School provides a great opportunity for participants to learn more about Paediatric Hypertension, its diagnostics, causes, consequences and treatment. Furthermore it provides the possibility to meet and make new friends and to interact with faculty. Moreover, the trainees will have also time to discover the beauties of the wonderful historical city of Prague.

The event is hybrid, so allowing in person or virtual participation.

The participation is free of charge.

The event is open to paediatricians, other clinicians, PhD students, researchers, industry professionals, policy makers, managers etc.

Special attention to Young Researchers (<40 yrs)

Countries: trainees from any country except the Russian Federation.



A limited number of travel and acomodación grants will be given to the trainees who would like to participate in person (by “first come first serve” basis).

Priority to award grants will be given to trainees who meet one or more of the following conditions:

1) Under 40 years old.

2) Affiliated in organisations located in Inclusiveness Target Countries: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Türkiye or Ukraine.

3) Present a short case report about a pediatric patient with hypertension on the Summer School (a title of the case report must be given in the registration form)


Eligibility: grants can only be awarded to trainees affiliated to organisations located in any COST member country (see the list) except Hungary.
